Train your managers on how to identify Family and Medical Leave (FMLA) issues

Identifying employee issues which may be covered under the Federal FMLA can be difficult.   Human Resources should provide managers with training on the FMLA so as to ensure they don’t make decisions which could put the company at risk of litigation.
